Members are invited to attend heavy vehicle training jointly delivered by VACC’s Commercial Vehicle Industry Association Victoria (CVIAV), the Commercial Vehicle Industry Association of Australia (CVIAA) and the Australian Road Transport Suppliers Association (ARTSA).
The course will cover: certification, engineering and modifications over a three day program - with a focus on heavy truck and trailer safety, and mechanical performance.
The training will be led by Dr Peter Hart, with assistance from a number of specialist from across the certification, engineering and modification fields. Peter is an electrical engineer with close to 20 years’ experience as a forensic examiner and expert witness. He is an Agent in the Road Vehicle Certification System and a VicRoads engineering signatory.

How much does it cost?
CVIAV, VACC, CVIAA and ARTSA members: $550 per day (incl GST)
Non-members: $770 per day (incl GST)
Participants can choose to attend on any or all of the three days.
